Happy Friday.  

Pubic hair is such a polarizing topic for the internet.  So many passionate opinions voiced so openly.  

When I was maybe 11 years old, I went on a day trip to The Great Escape & Splashwater Kingdom.  We spent a large portion of the day in the waterpark, which at the time must have still been a fairly new edition.  

My tiny self waited in a long line to go down one of the tubing slides, only to get to the top and find out they thought I was too small to go down by myself.  The girl behind me offered to ride in a double with me!  So we did that.  

At one point on the quick journey downward, I looked back at her and saw copious amounts of pubic hair spilling from the crotch of her bathing suit.  

This mortified my young brain, and I decided in that instant, years yet before I could even grow any, that I would never be comfortable with the idea of myself having what I saw on that young woman.  

Now, I’ve been shaving my bikini line since I started needing to.  

Not for the benefit of viewers who like it, not for the detriment of the people who’d prefer I left it alone, not for anyone I ever have or ever may have sexual relations with. 

I have occasionally done it for my own amusement, but ultimately have always done it for my own comfort.
